Customer’s Needs

Lithuanian Post's primary goals were to enhance process efficiency by enabling employees to accomplish a higher number of tasks per day, minimize human errors, and enhance task coordination. Additionally, the aim was to boost revenue by extending a wider array of services to customers at their convenience, encompassing business partner services, and elevate customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality services.

Integrations with LP Systems

The MLIS integrates with the current LP parcels management systems, enabling the automatic creation and distribution of tasks to employees, data synchronisation.

Integration with Mobile Printer

The integration enables employees to print receipts, notifications regarding undelivered parcels, or provided services.

Offline Mode

This feature ensures uninterrupted productivity in various scenarios, enhancing the application's usability and catering to users who may not always have continuous online access.

Task Management

Admin panel users can create different types of tasks, assign them to employees, reallocate tasks among employees, view task status and information.

Reporting

The system can generate various types of reports based on tasks, income, and other processed information within the system.

Accounting

Every employee working with the mobile application has a virtual cash register where all financial transactions and balances are recorded.

Barcode Scanning

Barcode scanning streamlines the parcel delivery process and system utilization, enabling employees to locate the necessary task and fulfill it efficiently.
