UAB „Informacinių technologijų organizacija“ (JSC) is implementing the project "Development of an Artificial-Intelligence-based Contextual Health-Data Anonymisation Solution — iTODev” (project No. 02-124-K-0175).
The project develops iToDev, a solution based on artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) that automatically detects and de-identifies patients’ personal and health data while preserving the clinical meaning of the document. The solution is intended for healthcare institutions, clinical research centres, and pharmaceutical and health-IT companies that need to securely prepare medical documents for secondary use in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The total project value is EUR 150,005.99, of which EUR 120,004.79 is funded by the European Union. The project implementation period runs from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2027.
